Love the energy in this place. From boxing to yoga I felt welcomed, encouraged and supported. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a more down to earth experience when it comes to fitness, especially if you're new to the area as Jesse and co. make you feel right at home. Looking forward to my next class

A great boxing club. Has all the required equipments that you'd need to build your muscles along with an awesome boxing arena.
High team morale, motivating workouts and super talented instructors, Jesse and Pete make this an awesome club for anyone interested in the sport of boxing.
It's just ok to have some regular work outs. Limited number of equipments.
This gym is family friendly and has an unique team of coaches, staff and athletes sharing their passions in one place. If you find yourself in Nelson BC is worthy to stop by, get a work out and maybe practice some Spanish too!
