Highly recommend Cottonwood! Their estimate was less than half of another local body shop, and they got mine and my husband's vehicles in promptly for repair. Quality of work is excellent, and customer service is above and beyond. I had an oil change previously booked, so Cottonwood dropped my car off for that and picked it up after to save me the hassle. Super friendly staff to boot. Don't go anywhere else in the West Kootenays for body work!!
I just picked up my car from here and am super satisfied with the entire experience. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was very professional and offered very good advice on how to proceed with fixing my car. They looked for used parts and were able to lower my estimate by 800 from the original estimate, and they got the entire job done faster than they had said might happen. When I dropped off my car two days ago, he offered me a ride to work, and when I picked it up Not only was the work all done in great condition but they even cleaned/washed my car. Thank you for making an unfortunate experience (of a damaged car) a positive one in the end!
Was just travelling through for one night; got my car looked at right away; had me back on the road pronto! Even was directed to enjoy some close by waterfalls as I waited! Fantastic service staff. Highly recommend!
Very disappointed in Dean's work. Took around 8 months to get my truck finished and once I got it back it still had a list of problems with it. I could easily see many cut corners and poor quality of work. Wouldn't ever reccomend this place to anyone. Might be time for Dean to retire before he folds his reputable company.
