Great place to go if you like Chinese food. Always fresh food,Great service and l would definitely recommend to visit and enjoy good food. Price is good considering how much food you get. I've been buying food there for years. If you go there you will not be disappointed.

I cannot deny the food is good. It is. Quite fresh. However, their menus do not properly reflect their hours. Something that ended up being quite embarrassing for me. Also, portions are small and the delivery fee is ridiculous. Unfortunately, we are limited to good Chinese food on the west mountain. So , yes, good food. But highly inconvenient hours and small portions. Delivery fee is ridiculous.
Amazing food, amazing service. While the restaurant is dated, the food and service couldn't have been better. Very sorry to hear they will be closing soon and will be looking forward to their relaunch in a new location.

Its official I think I have tried everything on the menu only took a year lol, I love this place!!!. Why 3 stars I'll explain. The Chinese food is flipping amazing, I just had the fish and chips and I was disappointed because its the same half ass flash frozen crap everyone else uses in Hamilton. The staff is a hit and miss, better when you stay in to eat. You can order something, go out for a smoke then come back and they completely forget who you are and your order, just happened and it wasn't even busy. It is very quick service and food comes out fast, decently prices and the portions most times you eat for days and I love that. I will still eat there but only the Chinese food, if you skip the fish and chips you ain't out much. I love fish and chips being from Ireland you can't replicate anything that good in Canada especially when its the flash frozen stuff.
Great Chinese food and reasonable. I still preferred their old menu which was more extensive and included cheeseburgers, etc. If this was the case, I would eat there more often and their rating would be a 5.
BEST CHINESE FOOD IN HAMILTON!! We love Nellie's. Food is always hot and fresh, served in a timely manner, and taste is wondefully consistant. Fish and chips is also really good. We just love this place. A hidden gem. We are on our way to pick up our weekly order as I write this review lol!!
