Well,its COVID...so our shower was 3months instead of 6-8 weeks. We're still waiting for the door. Naylor was helpful when we asked for an update and got us our new delivery date...Pleased with their assistance during difficult circumstances

We went into Naylor's to get a sense of what fixtures we wanted to include in our new ensuite bathroom & we left with confidence knowing we were getting quality shower heads & faucet fixtures along with a great shower base & high quality glass door unit. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable in all areas, easily answered our questions & looked up info where needed to help ensure our purchase was exactly what we were looking for based on our current tankless water system. His attention to detail was great & very much appreciated. On the tile side of things, Vera was also really helpful in choosing options & giving us food for thought. We know we are in good hands at Naylor & so happy to support/shop local! Thanks so much Josh & Vera!

Lots of issue's from start to finish. Design issue's. Took almost 6 months to finish install. Cabinets are now 2 years old and issue's already. Not what I had expected for 25000 cabinets. Called owner few times with no responses at all. Would not recommend.

Product- excellent but prices were a bit too high... Even their clearance items were too expensive. Service- was helpful even on the phone they provided good service
