The worst carrier. They just returned my parcel to the sender due to 'bad address', but the address was actually correct. No phone call or a door-tag. Received 100 parcels at the same address from different carriers, but this is the first time that this kind of thing happened. Use big carriers like Fedex or UPS, not this one.

Very terrible delivery and and customer service I've ever experienced!! I was suppose to recieve my package (NLSMIC90006877) on december 10th. It is January 5th..and apparently I got an email from the retail company I purchased online saying they have recieved a return order to their warehouse (Ugg company). I have done NO such thing in initiating a return back to Ugg Company. Also, my Senior customer service rep; Margaret Ventura hasn't follow up on my delivery situation either; Very poor customer service! I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this company (NLS) for delivery service!

Too much favourism, supervisor's secretary from 110B called shalin uses bad language, favourism, and so angry to employees from agency,...i don advice to work over here otherwise if you can able to handle humiliation...very horible
0 stars for this place. while the employees were ok and generally easy to get along with, management was horrible to say the least. They pay employees minimum wage.
