Blown away at the service and quality of work provided by Natalia Jewellers. When I walked in the store I was greeted by Alyn who was so friendly and accommodating. I met with Corey who helped me pick out the perfect diamond and helped me design the perfect ring for my fiancee! They sent me the CADS of the design for my approval and the end result was even better than I imagined! They followed up to ask how my proposal went and to make sure everything went great with the ring. I used the again to make our wedding bands and they delivered us another exceptional product. I have recommended them to family & friends who all have incredible things to say about Natalia Jewellers. A

Terrible customer service! I had an issue with my engagement ring and went there for a consultation. The guy (the father) there was so rude to me and my fiance. After checking my ring, he was kinda of throwing the ring back to us. I was so upset he treated my ring as trash, which as the most important piece in my life.

We feel like part of their family. Every time we go in they're energetic, warm, welcoming, and happy. Their service is above and beyond, craftsmanship is second to none. Corey crafted the CUSTOM engagement ring of a lifetime, and later made us beautiful custom wedding rings that match the intensity of the original ring. On top of the rings, Alyn took one of our fine gold chains which was miserably tangled and worked it back to its original state. Even just to change a watch battery, we will only use Natalia.
