I feel compelled to write a review about this supply company. I don't know what's happened, but they've REALLY stepped up their game! Many years ago (early 2000s) the customer service here was enough to keep me away. But in the last few years they've just become really, really customer focused, and every time I go they're very friendly, helpful, informative and just pleasant in general. If you haven't been in a while I'd suggest checking this place out again. They'll earn your business!

Natali products is great! I’ve bought multiple of different products from Natali and I’ve always been very pleased with products and service. I’ve always dealt with Inga, she’s been a pleasure to work with...she is very patient, friendly, good hearted, lovely person to work with and very knowledgeable! Natali Products Inc never disappoints.... Thank you Inga and rest of team for helping me and our company. I’ll definitely recommend Natali Products Inc.
Honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been here several times. Some on my own some, some with a colleague of mine. First 2 times no issue. The next 3-4 awful customer service. Mainly had an issue with one of the women working there (I believe her name is Inga.) first time my colleague was purchasing a large amount and at different times in on that trip she had spoken to several of the employees (as they kept disappearing to the back) so she asked Inga a question and she said “you’ve already spoken to 2 of my co-workers so you can wait for the other girl to get off the phone as I’m going on my lunch.” And I had brushed it off till the next time I came in and she was rude again. Then another incident when I placed an order and she told me items were not in stock, but refused to refund me for those items. I said I’ll just get the items elsewhere (as they had no idea when they’d get them in next) and the same woman that was rude on several occasions, said it’s covid you won’t find any of these items anywhere else (in a condescending tone.) and honestly this is ridiculous. If you are going to work around people, drop the attitude. If you can find another beauty supply store, I would highly suggest it!
I have been dealing with Natali Products for very long time, and I always find their service excellent and staff very helpful, committed, knowledgeable. Margaret and Marina are my favorite people there. Thank you ladies, you are the best!
This review is about what happened to my mother in law who is the nicest lady I know and has been a customer in this place for a long time and today I felt like she was taken advantage of. As a business owner myself, I am ashamed that companies in Toronto conduct their business in such a manner. Natali Products Inc is not an honest provider! We bought an expensive machine from them and the machine was not performing right and malfunctioning right of the box! We used the machine only 2 times on our customers and it did not deliver on performance, moreover, it was damaging. When we called the first time to request for consultation we ware told that the person responsible for returns is away and we should call when she gets back. We called back later the store manager Margarita is rude and have a lot of attitude over the phone. In store costumer service is a joke as the workers play like they have no authority and can't help you, the manager is rude and disrespectful and will literally tell you anything to convince you otherwise. The store technician looked at the machine and even he said that the machine is running way weaker than it supposed to. At the end they did take the machine back but only for IN STORE CREDIT and charged us 20%re-stocking fee for a faulty machine that can't be re-stocked which is CRAZY.

I have been a customer of Natali for over 10 years, but I had my first shopping experience at the showroom since it is under new management. The first and most noticeable change is the gorgeous new showroom. The front staff have also all been changed and they are so polite, and warm and very knowledgeable. They have a massive selection of very good quality products. I use their peel off masks and I have purchased a variety of equipment too. They always have the best prices.
