This business does not honor their 1 year warranty on the grease coupler that they sell. The package clearly states that it has a 1 year warranty. the coupler came apart and failed on using it a third time. I was less than 2 months old. I purchased it at Rural King and it was after the 30 day return, so I called twice this Univer-Co and they said they will not repair nor replace it as it cost too much, and said that they will not honor any warranty on it. In the second call I asked if they could just send me the small bearings that go inside and i would repair it myself. Again the guy said no. Then he hung up on me.
