Great place to buy! We purchased a hybrid camper from them just over a month ago. We were told we had 30 days warranty to check everything out when we got it home. Did a quick check and seemed fine. Went to campsite and it was having and issue with the panel. We were just over our 30 days BUT they sent a repair tech out to fix it..on site...free. High recommend and will be purchasing our next one there likely
I always had great service in the past. Recently I was looking at buying something. Had the run around, got ignored. Item was gone before final decision was made. I still love buying my big items there however they have to be more proactive with there customers. And dont make the customer have to call you to get a answer. Dont forget about the little guys that support you and pay for your jobs.
Purchased travel trailer. Had great selection. All well so far. Have had after sale great service. Had a couple of warranty items that where fixed up with no issue.
