Guy at first didn't really say anything to me... I approached and said \hey how's it going?\ and only got a blank stare back lol. But guy ended up being nice once we had some short discussion started. Got the product I was looking for, and for less than what the site said... So that's a great bonus. All in all, good experience.

If you want great customer service, ask for a guy name Dean. I had a big order which took us about 2.5 hrs to finish. Dean was very patient with me(I didn't know much about car parts). He's been very friendly, very knowledgeable and even double checks everything just to make sure. I really appreciate a professional service like this.

Great products, poor customer service at times, hence 3 stars. Depending who is at the counter, don't expect to be acknowledged or being helped within a certain time. It took at least 5 minutes before one of the sales reps, who was on the phone at the time I entered the store, to even look up and acknowledge me. Even his colleague, who came to the front counter to answer another phone call, did not pay attention to me. After a while the rep in front of me mentioned that he was on hold... Poor excuse not to provide good customer service by making eye contact and letting customers know that the wait could be a little longer than usual. Tired of poor performance and service. I left and took my business elsewhere. This particular location lost me as a customer.
