The library is not part of the public Vancouver Island Regional Library system. As a registered charity it is managed by a volunteer board, assisted by trustees. The key workers are the committed and friendly team of dozens of librarians who volunteer their time to undertake the numerous tasks involved in providing this valuable service to the Nanoose community.
