Visited here this past Sunday. This place has the best chicken by far. Great selection and very fresh. And even better is the staff, they are extremely helpful and have sweet personalities which made our visit even better! This is not a paid comment either. The rating for this place should be 5 across the board!!!!

Today I visited Nandos after the grand re-opening and I was very pleased to be greeted by one of their staff with a joyful tone. The food was great, the fries were crispy and the chicken was spot on. Also the bread was nice and crisp. Overall I recommend coming to this location.

Chicken was dry, the chicken in my burger tasted like it had been reheated, garlic bread was over done that the sides weren't edible, fries were oily. If you want Nandos don't come to this location, would make you hate chicken. Definitely not worth the money you pay.

Won't go back! I had a coupon so went there to use it and regretted it. The service was the usual for low paid Fast Food clerks but the chicken was AWFUL! It was overcooked, old, dry and warm not hot. Later I had a stomach ache. I would rather go hungry than eat Nando's chicken again. I ate at a Nando's in Downtown Vancouver about eight years ago and had the same experience.

Nandos is my favorite restaurant, but this location in Burnaby is terrible. They got my order wrong, then when I asked to have it corrected they tried to redress it, thinking that I would not notice. Dishonest and disappointing. The washroom did not have soap. You would think that with the Pandemic this would be a priority.

Unbelievable service from this location. I ordered through Skip The Dishes and not only did they forget a part of my order, they also served me completelty burnt chicken.. If i could do negative stars, I would. Nandos is usually great; but this location seem to not care about the quality and service.
