We loved our experience here. We have heard a lot of good things about their food so we decided to check it out. I got the chicken sandwich and the fries and I absolutely loved my meal. My friend got the 1/2 chicken and that looked absolutely delicious! The employees here are very kind and patient. We took forever to make a decision and the patience they showed was amazing! I definitely recommend!

I ORDERED THE CHICKEN WINGS WITH THE LEMON AND HERB SEASONING. THEY TASTED LIKE DAY OLD CHICKEN THAT WAS REGRILLED. VERY DISAPOINTING. DID NOT TASTE FRESH AT ALL.

We came today for early dinner.The two best tables was already taken .One from stuff who had her lunch.When asking waitress how come the staff is taking best seats,she sad this is up to the management,they allowed them. We think the customer are always priority and to have nice place to seat , especially in this pandemic time,not to be facing there kitchen but to look outside. Otherwise everything was good.Food as ussualy,but today is seasoning missing on fries and potato veggies. This is something to be considered about

Went for dinner with my girlfriend. Restaurant was busy with take outs but the service was exceptional. For sure would recommend this chicken joint food was great restaurant was clean.

I have been a regular at this location ever since it was located at 1301 Lonsdale. This location recently re-opened and my husband and I were so thrilled as we live right around the corner. Whenever we go by there is always a line up of delivery drivers as I assume people are a bit afraid to dine in. Every time we dine in we get exceptional service and the food has been delicious as always reading these comments below just ticks me off. There are days where any human can have off days. The world is going through a pandemic be kind and support your local business except for putting them down. Everyone is doing there best during these hard times. I for sure will be back and will support my local businesses. EDIT-- NOV 19, 2020 I had dinner with my husband and the food was delicious as always and the customer service like always was nothing but amazing. Look at that beautiful chicken with the yummy sauce.

This nandos used to be really good, but the quality has dropped in the last month or so. I think they have started serving re-heated meals, at least to uber eats, as the chicken is now rubbery and dry and hard and the fries too, and it never used to be...

Clean and tidy. Not a lot of people inside due to covid restrictions but they were all set up. Lots of delivery and pickups on one side of the restaurant. Food was great.

So glad this location has re-opened seems like new management a lot of new faces. Staff seem organized and restaurant seem to be taking covid protocols seriously which is a plus I witnessed a guest swearing at a staff member because they asked him to put his mask on. Such selfish individuals. REALLY masks are mandatory everywhere how can you leave your house without one. I did takeout and the food was delicious.
