I wish I could give them -5 stars for friendliness and speed. They are always unable to handle the volume on weekends. The guy acting like a manager was slow as a turtle while yelling at his crew like insane. Literally could see their frustration while working with him. Isn’t it the manager’s job to protect their shift from heavy volumes so everything remains smooth and no one overworks. Always a bad experience at this location with that guy not knowing how to talk to people or making it up when they let us wait for 25-30 minutes.
I visited nandos with my friends for dinner. It was really amazing and even the quality of food was also very good and fresh. I would like to recommend others to visit this place️

This place is super friendly and lively. Great to bring kids. Food is delicious and you can get it as spicy as you want. Btw. The men’s bathroom needs a key so don’t wait outside too long before realizing this.
Quality food, well organized staff with exceptional customer service, have dined numerous times and would give it 5 stars each and every time.

Ordered a whole chicken, and 1/3 of the chicken skin was completely burnt. More importantly, it was a delivery order and the package of it is very unsafe, considering we are in the midst of a pandemic.
