i'm very impressed with Ryan’s response and expertise with our recent washer issue. He called back promptly and after discovering the problem he even provided a solution that was more cost effective than we expected. Had we gone with anyone else we would have certainly paid more, done unnecessary work and had it take longer. Thanks Ryan! Honest and professional.

WOW! I am blown away from the service I just got from Acme. I called about getting a service call in my home, not only were they the best priced in Nanaimo but so helpful/ knowledgeable over the phone. In fact, they helped me out so much, that what I needed was a very simple fix on my freezer and they helped without needing to send out a technician. Thank you so much Acme! I will absolutely be telling everyone about you, next time if I’m not so lucky with an easy repair, I know who I will be calling for a service.
Great service! Ryan was very friendly and helpful. He had our dishwasher running again in under an hour.
Although Ryan could not take my service call he gave me free advice on the phone and said I could reach out to him anytime if I needed more advice.
