My new kitchen looks fantastic, I love the quartz products that they source - absolutely wonderful. The timing for scheduling, ordering and installing was flawless. This is my second foray into granite countertops wth VI Granite. There will be a third! These countertops are, without a doubt, the best upgrade we've put into our 30-year-old home! Working with such wonderful people (you can tell they love their products and the work they do!) makes the whole experience a pleasure! While my husband cringed at the cost, once I took him in to view (as I call It) the Granite Museum, he agreed that collecting granite was well worth it! VI Granite wants their customers to love their granite experience and they have totally succeeded! Thanks!
Our Granite install experience far exceeded our expectations. Starting with the presale advice & test samples, to suggesting we review the granite layout prior to cutting. We had about 80 Sq Ft installed & the sizing was perfect which was difficult with walls that were not perfect in our 30 year old house & also we choose to have no granite backspaces. The sink & tap install was also perfect. The installation only had one seam & the granite was cut so the seam was for all practical purposes invisible. Thus this involved installation of large heavy pieces of granite. The customer service was great & the project was completed on schedule. We would recommend VI Granite to anyone & suggest you contact them first- we have more granite to install & will not go anywhere else.
We had never bought Granite before and it is a bit daunting as there is so much to pick from, we went to VI Granite and met Florrie and Ashley, they where so helpful and very knowledgeable with everything from the stone to the pricing etc., we chose Black pearl as our cabinets where white and it was a big job. Bill and his crew came to install the Granite and it looks fantastic. They bumped us up a few weeks as they had a cancellation, we where very impressed by him and his team, very friendly, very professional, said if we ever have a problem just call. It is a beautiful job and here are some pictures. The price also was very reasonable as well as the whole experience. Will recommend them to anyone looking for Granite or any stone for that matter. Great job VI Granite team. Awesome!!! Will be having them back for En-suite counter tops.
