Washrooms hardly ever open and most computers out of service or being used and not enough computers also terrible Saturday and Sunday hours. Other then that they are stepping up safety measures and definitely good selection of books and dvds . Fantastic selection of modern pc equipment upstairs including a 3d printer. Also in the library in the north end the chairs have wheels these ones make loud noises

This is the worst library I've been to in all of my history! The people who work there are mean mean mean! They are bullies! And cruel and heartless and just pure pure pure mean! I will never go to this library ever again. I've been to all 3 libraries in nanaimo and my most favorite library in nanaimo is the one at country club mall.
