I cannot thank Eric enough for my new android. Eric spent the time to find me a great deal that does not compare to any other cellular company. His customer service skills, professionalism, along with his attention to detail has made me a lifelong customer. Not only did Eric find me the best plan, but he took the time to set up my phone accordingly. This made the change from iPhone to android extremely easy. My phone also came with amazing accessories, like wireless headphones and charging unit… wow.. I am extremely impressed. Kudos to Eric and his team for such a pleasant experience.

I purchased a new phone from Tom Harris in January (1 month ago) and the experience was great at that point. Unfortunately, after a harrowing ordeal involving a river versus me and my cellphone, a return trip to Tom Harris was necessary. Dylan and Junior have helped me twice in the last month and they were amazing both times. I forgot the manager's name but he is also very helpful. They went above and beyond to make the unwanted purchase of another new cellphone, less painful. I will be avoiding rivers for a little while but, should I find my way back into a river with another cellphone, I will always go to Tom Harris first. Jokes aside, thank you Tom Harris for your above and beyond customer service.

I dealt with Dylan and he was beyond amazing and very professional. My previous phone went kaputt. He set me up with a new phone and saved me lots of money on my monthly bills and was able to help restore the broken phone, backed it up and transferred years of precious memories to my new phone. He had me laughing and enjoying myself through the whole process. I will definitely always come back to him for future needs. Amazing service. 5 star personality.
