Amazing sleep last night. I fell asleep in minutes after a hot session and slept the whole night. I had a bad divorce to which my toddlers wouldn’t let me go when they saw me to which I got two hernias. So my physical activity stopped. This felt like an actual workout. So I’ll be doing this almost daily I guess now. So happy. Nameste I think it’s said ;-)
Wonderful brand spanking new facility that isn't JUST a yoga studio (fitness classes, too). Fantastic staff (check out Elizabeth's classes) and a wonderful owner (Nicole) who all go the extra mile to make your experience top notch. If group fitness/yoga is your deal then look no further, do the trial week at the very least.
