About a month or so ago I purchased some golf equipment and put one specialty piece on lay away. I returned recently to pick it up and bought more, and put yet another substantial piece on lay away. The team is awesome! They were helpful, up beat, knowledgeable and eager during the whole process. I ONLY deal with them!

Excellent customer service. I ordered online, but needed some information so called in. I got it wrong and then needed more info so ended up calling in three times (annoying customer). I spoke with the manager each time and he was patient and kind. Not only that, but he mailed my package early and it arrived two days ahead of schedule, which is no small feat given I ordered on Tuesday afternoon and expected it to arrive Friday. Imagine my surprise when it arrived on Wednesday! And the spirit beads I ordered are stunning works of art, each one of them. They are even more beautiful in person. Not just that, but they are priced more reasonably than anywhere else I have looked! I highly recommend dealing with this business.

Shopping at Nicol Street Pawnbrokers was my first pawn shop experience, and online no less. It was a positive and secure experience. The product was accurately described, and the shipping was quick and secure. While the product didn't work out for me personally, the return process was easy and straight forward.

owner is the worlds most greediest person, bring in close to 200 dollars in value offers ten bucks after already explaining i needed 15 at the least for gas money to get back and forth to work for 2 days till i can get it out, after doing enough business to pay one employers wages for a month or two

seen an on line add Nicol street pawn had. gave a call and the fellow that answered was very helpful,I gave him list questions and had Brody tex me back with pictures and answers to my question in no time at all. the transaction was fast, all around excellent service. I recommend them as they are a professional crew.
