I recently purchased a queen sized bed frame from Next Home Furnishings, at a great price, and when I (finally) got to putting it together 3 weeks later, I'd realized the box was missing a piece. I went back in and they were able to promptly provide me with the piece I needed. Thank you for making this so easy!
