What a great car buying experience!. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I have bought cars from dealerships before and always found the experience frustrating and disappointing. NOT Nanaimo Toyota!! Salesman James McGunigal was great! No pressure, and he stood by his promises. He took the time to go through and explain every feature. He even paired my cell phone! Oh, and I left with a full tank of gas!! I love my 2017 Rav4!! If you're in the market for a vehicle - look at Nanaimo Toyota first.

Very hands-off testing experience, which I appreciate. Did the drive, spoke about various options for vehicle, said our goodbyes, followed up at a later time. Low pressure. Had some interesting conversation with Jeffery on the day. Although I wasn’t able to obtain what I wanted for my trade in, they were very willing to listen and offer help wherever possible. They followed up with my requests in a very timely manner. Its a shame that Toyota Canada can’t do lower than 3.99% financing on new vehicles. Had to organize a different lending with my bank on short notice. That was my only sticking point of the purchase experience.
Very good! they didn't push me to get things done I didn't want to and gave me great information. Super quick and efficient! The shuttle driver is also very personable and a great driver
By far the best experience buying a vehicle! Ash Siamaki went above and beyond and I never felt pressured to buy. He has done a great job with follow up to see how I am liking my new vehicle and making sure all of my questions have been answered. Would highly recommend going through Ash to purchase a vehicle. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional!
