The lady was very rude on the phone, claimed she couldn’t look up my government funds on the computer. She was very rude!

Eileen has been doing my tax for 15 years... I have no idea what I would do without her. Fast, efficient, consistent...I no longer live in town, and didn't trust anyone else where I do live...I still take my tax returns here, even though it means coming from hours away. :)
