I have had the same recruiter reach out to me on two separate occasions, just to be ghosted each time. I do not recommend MNP executive recruiting. I would like to see the members of your executive recruiting team professionally and respectively follow through in communication with potential candidates, even if it is to only let them know they are no longer being considered for a position. On two separate occasions, the same recruiter engaged in communication with a candidate. I can only assume they were no longer a candidate after the recruiter refused to reply to any further communication or notify the candidate they are no longer being considered.

I used this company for my tax audit case. Surprisingly they are not serious, and did not even look into the case. They did not read some important materials I provided. Their ignorance has caused me significant loss of both money and time. Actually if they showed some adequate care about client's trust, I would appreciate their effort regardless of any final outcome.
