I came here looking for a cord for a much loved laptop; I couldnt find this cord anywhere myself and he sold me the one that belonged too his store and at a cheaper rate than what he originally paid for it. Great staff, well kept technology pit stop. They do servicing of almost anything electronic it looked like. If you are into anything tech; this is a spot well worth checking out!

Took my gaming PC in because of BSOD and had it repaired within the same week that I brought it in. He's very confident in what he does which lead to me feeling better after I dropped it off. His prices are more than fair in this type of work and he's professional and willing to answer any questions you have. He's definitely the #1 guy to go to in Nanaimo or even on the island for computer repairs. I am more than satisfied with the customer service that he has provided.

We are an Apple household and it's very difficult to find someone in Nanaimo who really knows his way around Apple products the way Mike does. So far, he's fixed and/or performed software and hardware upgrades on three of our MacPros and an iMac. All work done on time and for a reasonable cost. When we ran into a small problem with one of our software upgrades Mike took time away from his family on a Sunday to make sure it was fixed. I can't say enough about Mike and his business. Mike is fast and efficient and will not stop until your computer is fixed. He had a real challenge with my computer and figured it out in a timely manner. His rates are very reasonable and he really cares about his clients! I am very impressed.
