They do great work not the best in customer service though. I had a guy evaluate my window first he told me it was out of the line of sight and it would be covered on my insurance then I came back to get car and was told it was in my line of sight and I'd need to pay I didnt bother pursuing it. Car looked awesome when they finished though
Laird Wheaton GM Nanaimo did excellent work to repair my brand new chevy cruze back to looking factory when it was involved in a minor animal collision. They paid attention to detail and expertly matched the paint. They didn't cut any corners when I crawled underneath to have a look. everything was back where it should be! They used all GM parts as requested. The only weird thing was adjusting my seat and steering wheel to very weird angles when it was all exterior damage only, but I got over that pretty fast. excellent professional work! Would highly recommend!!! There's a reason I took it to GM and I got GM results back :)
Reminds me of a small town business ( in a good way ) in how we were treated and the repair was nicely done.
They did a great job fixing up my truck. A couple weeks after I discovered an issue with my back passenger window and they fixed it immediately. They also washed my truck on the outside and vacuumed the entire truck. It was probably only a 10 min fix. They know how to keep their customers happy.
