Amazing service! Hubert was very quick to reply and arrange a time that worked with my schedule. Didn't even need to be there,mailed and the keys and e-transfered the funds. Couldn't be more happier! I called HB Towing to tow my car a couple weeks ago. The service itself was good and done in a timely manner. However, this happened during Covid-19 and I was really disappointed that the driver was not wearing a mask when he gave me a ride to where I was going. We were not sitting 6 feet apart and so I decided to put my mask on. When I did so, the driver gave me a funny look and said \You don't have to wear that\ which I thought was very odd and unprofessional. It gave me the impression that HB Towing does not care about the health and safety of their customers. Very Disappointing!
I was very impressed with the operator who picked up and transported my vehicle. He took extra care to ensure the vehicle was loaded in safely and undamaged. Following preparations he took extra care to meticulously wash his hands so the vehicle remained clean. The price point was very reasonable and the service was top shelf. The vehicle arrived in immaculate condition. I highly recommend H B Towing!
