I just had my intake interview with Michelle and I found her very knowledgeable and professional. It seems that GT solutions has a lot of targeted resources to help you learn about yourself and develop your job searching skills. Having the option for one-on one support for things like writing a good resume is such a load off my shoulders. I am looking forward to participating in their courses and finding my dream job!

Please shut this down b.c five people basically doing nothing but repeating the same show I watched last year. Ogh well but for real get actual job training for us or we will start saying this is the t.v !!!!
I think I'll leave a positive review to tip the rating scales a bit. The staff are very kind and obliging. The introductory meeting on Wednesday brought light to different levels of assistance that are available, and there is quite a lot offered. Going to GT Hiring will be a great next step in your journey to future employment or possible retraining.
So if you go to this place all they do is tell you to look for work on a computer and suggest books to read that are barely any more help than the staff there. (because it's niche info that only applies if you are in said trade) Even my father had trouble looking for work here and he's one of the most hard working individuals I know.
I found everyone very supportive and knowledgeable.
Really rude service my first time in there.. Signed up and was told I'm expected to do this and that and come to appointments before my usual time that I wake up. Was scoffed at when I said I highly doubt I will show up to things at 9am. Definitely prefer NYSA or Work BC over GT.
