Absolutely terrible 'service'. DON'T GO HERE! The owner must be an absolute jerk because the workers here are completely miserable and demoralized. I go here only as a last resort. I have never been in a liquor store where I get treated so badly (consistently bad) every time. This town is too big for them to have the 'we are the only game in town' attitude towards their customers. These 5 star reviews are obviously bought and paid or are either done by friends or employees as the reviews are so obviously fake. My suggestion to the owners is to spend the time and money fixing the real issues in your store instead of spending the time and money getting fake reviews on google.

Fantastic experience with delivery option from the website! Ordered a bunch of singles as part of a beer advent calendar I’m making for my husband. Such a great selection, so much to choose from! The woman I talked to on the phone was so friendly and kind, great service. They went out of their way to set a delivery time that was better for me. Will absolutely be shopping here again!
I'm in Toronto and I wanted to send my Nanaimo friend a bottle of red to share virtually as a Christmas surprise. I'm very happy I chose Green Rock! Ordering on the website was easy, and they even contacted me after the fact to clarify a thoughtful touch I wanted to add. I wish we had places like this where I'm from! Excellent prices, Huge selection with items not in stock @ Provincial liquor stores. Friendly, helpful staff...I will never go back to a BC Liquor store. Green Rock is by far the best Private Liquor store I have ever frequented. Highly recommend!
