We deal with Greenthumb commercially and have been consistently impressed with their service and the quality of trees. Any issues, even seasons later, are quickly addressed.
Went there two days ago and came away a humiliated client, staff very rude and sold me pond plants that from what I saw were on sale due to sun damage were Infact full price and would not reduce them. I will not be going back there. Purchased quite a few plants from them over the years but will not be returning. Think they need a lesson in customer service.
The staff are gardening experts. Buy all your plants here!
We have had no reason to go to any of the other nurseries in Nanaimo, they have just about everything
