Gareth is awesome, made me feel very comfortable and not at all judged, helped me through a very stressful time and to start getting finances back in order. There is one office woman with blonde short hair, not sure her name unfortunately but is the main person of contact in the office, who is incredibly mean every single time I've ever spoken to her, is very verbally nasty, and is very very judgmental considering the field she's in. Honestly surprised no one has complained about her before as she's so bad I try to avoid contacting and visiting the office as much as I can (often results in tears when I do make contact!). Steer clear of her at all costs and its a five star rating all the way!
