Best surgeon ever! Ok I've only ever had one surgery. 4months ago now and almost 100 percent. No problems or worries, didn't get sick etc. Extremely professional at Nanaimo hospital!

Front desk person is very nice courteous and informative , Dr Birchard took time to explain procedure. Follow up call after surgery to inform me of the surgery and follow up appointment time , Dr took time to show the anatomy parts of the surgery area . Dr Birchard also took time to go thru all exercise to use for a good recovery.
