Brittany is amazing :)! I went expecting to have a painful massage as that’s what massages had always been in the past for me. It was the exact opposite. I actually almost fell asleep and never wanted to book something on repeat like I did one of her massages! However, another amazing aspect is that she doesn’t make another appointment until you’ve had the chance to experience the release from the massage that you just had. This was another first as I’ve always felt an almost pressure to rebook with other places. The other thing I would be remiss not to mention is that she uses oils as part of her practice. Her oils are tailored to each individual. There is a paperwork to fill out pre-massage that she uses to make an initial oil blend and then as she massages you, she tinkers with it to find a specific fit just for you. And if you were like me and wanted the all-in experience, she can even make you the oil blend to use at home. I went for stomach issues that I’ve had ever since I can remember, as well as new (to me) headaches. The headaches weren’t an issue after my first massage. And for my stomach, what went from an everyday painful tummy experience, happened only three times in a six-week period.

Britanny is a miracle worker Not only that she helps me release stressed by massage but she can also mix up some oils together to help with any issues or pains you may experience. I was struggling with my 4 year old daughter with her tantrum’s and miss behaving. I would explain it to Britanny and she would blend some different oils together to help calm my daughters thoughts and emotions, she mixed me a bottle to massage her little back at bedtime (I just say to my daughter it’s massaging oil that gives her beautiful dreams; so she gets excited everytime When I bring out the bottle , and she gets so relaxed) and an other bottle to put in my diffuser just put a couple drops at night time in her room and also I would run it during The day. Within a week I noticed a huge difference in my daughter!!!! Of course she will have her moments time to time but overall behaviour has turned dramatically ️ Britanny has also mixed me a little roll on when I was pregnant to help with my leg cramps and it helped a lot ! I am very thankful to have Britanny And her gift in my life!
Brittany is amazing! A compassionate and caring therapist. I've been seeing her for 3 years on and off. I was doing Hot Rocks, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Starting May 2020 I finally was able to arrange my schedule to start an weekly EFT and a daily Aromatherapy treatment program. I've suffered from Chronic Migraines, Chronic Tension Headaches and chronic pain for 7-8 years. Since May the severe migraines have gone from daily (7 days a week) to 3-4 days a week . The pain in neck and shoulders has decreased in intensity. This a miracle for me. I highly recommend Brittany at Detox and Destress. Her therapies are not only healing but pampering as well.
My husband snores so loud that I have to use silicone ear plugs and even then I have a hard time drowning out the snoring. I even considered moving into the spare room to get some sleep, But the oils destress and detox have giving me has changed the snoring DRASTICALLY! In 1 night he went from impossible to to a realistic 2. I am so happy. I recommend this product to anyone dealing with this issue. Thank you Britanny.
