Great staff and service unfortunately you were sold out of the bread I wanted but your salesperson was very informative about other choices. I unfortunately decided to go with my own selection and bought two baguettes. It was a poor choice the crumb and crusts as well as the textures of the two small 300g baguettes I purchased were sub par . It was like a poorly made white bread overly dense in the shape of a baguette. Not worth the 3.30 .

Lively little bakery stuffed with treats. We got a berry apple loaf and some cinnamon rolls, but I wanted to take home everything in the shop. Lovely and energetic staff filling orders quickly.
I had the nicest experience at this Cobs! Placed an online pickup order, but there was a technical mix up, so they were one item short from completing my order. However, they did a fantastic job of making it right, and then some. Anna helped me find a substitute item, and was absolutely wonderful and gave me great customer service. I didn't even realize 'til I got home that the y put a box of extra goodies in my bag to make up for the order mixup. That was a very unexpected and lovely surprise! Not to mention everything was delicious. Definitely will be coming back.
From the great smiling faces at the front counter, to everyone joyfully baking in the back, cobs reminded me of a small town bakery. I had a ham and cheese croissant and it was absolutely delicious!
Love the staff at the Estavan Cobs store. They have lots of choices for vegans and even a brand new vegan pizza. Thank you!
