In the past few weeks on one of their properties, a bear (or a few of them) have been knocking over the trash cans and dragging some of the trash through an opening in a cheaply made, old barbed wire fence. Despite there being at least a dozen surveillance cameras that recorded what happened, paw prints on vehicles, and there still being bear hair on the barbed wire parts of the fence, one of their agents (Cidalia Plavetic) threatened to file (and possibly has) an illegal dumping report on an innocent neighbor instead of acknowledging that a bear had been on the property and done the damage. This type of reckless, dangerous, delusional behaviour from their agents is inexcusable and damages our communities. Just sell/rent your house yourself and save the headache of dealing with this company.

I am extremely shocked with how this company deals with potential clients. I was looking into a house and have called the David and Martin Dinh and the company main line for 5 days and have never been called back. I also spoke with Erin Saraceni who told me she will get in touch with me and never did. It has now been over a week and I still have not gotten a callback. If I could give 0 stars I would.

MY DOG MISTY \FETCHED\ ME A REALTOR Sharon Jensen contacted me in Ontario from an ad my 60 lb dog Misty ran on Kijiji BC looking for a Mobile Home Park that would accept her. We started our communication by email. By the time I got to Nanaimo a few months later - Sharon had short-listed at least a dozen homes that met our needs...i.e. no fossil fuels - suitable price range - accepts Misty. With that careful research we were able to find my dream-home on day one. She even put the paper pushers into action and tomorrow Misty and I take possession of a charming mobile home in a friendly and engaging MHP in Ladysmith. I've bought and sold at least a dozen places over the years and have never before experienced the level of integrity and enthusiasm Sharon brings to the project - whether buying or selling - this realtor rocks!. .

Ridiculously unprofessional and arrogant attitude. Stay away from a decaying brand such as this. A serious inquiry only garners an obnoxious call back stating, in the most snobbish tone imaginable, that they don't know what this is about and that they are \too busy\. How can a professional behave like this?!?
