Good, let alone GREAT customer service is tough to find these days. Well these guys over at the is location have it covered and exceed it! Connor (manager) really turned my frown upside and down today. He was able to go above and beyond the normal call of service. Very rarely does this happen. Most don't even venture \outside the box\ to solve a customers problem. Kudos to you Connor (hope that is the spelling). Keep it up!

Enjoyed watching the young employee browsing his phone for 15 minutes while I tried to get help with camp stoves. Gave up, left. If I can't get service, why not just buy online?

Did not take us long to find the right shoes! The gentleman that helped us was wonderful! Sure wish your staff wore masks though.

The rep who helped me today (says Kira on the receipt), was very very patient, knowledgable, pleasant and personable while helping me find the right shoes for my difficult feet. Both Kira and another rep came to help me from other sections of the store because the shoe rep was busy. The store also has a good set up for social distancing and sanitation (hand sanitizer everywhere, awesome!). Thank you so much!
