Awesome place!! The setting is really cool and after we did the first room, they allowed us to go right into a second even though we were the last ones in. Maddy was amazing and knows what she's doing- she made both rooms so much fun and the hints actually helped vs. Being vague and causing more confusion which I've experienced in other escape rooms.

Puzzles were a lot of fun (challenging but not too hard) and theme was good and staff were nice but the facility is visibly old and poor quality. I think probably better to go elsewhere
Waste of time and space. Very basic. Overpriced for only combination locks. Not creative. No effort put into it's design. Tiny space. Would not recommend.
Our trip to this area was from excited to.. not what we expected.. this was our first time ever to an escape room, and the first time we came booked a visit then when we came the room we booked was being used, so we did a different room which had a 30% chance of escaping. When we came in the room we had found all the clues immediately. When we got into the item we needed to (trying not to spoil to much) the clues where not easy and where not simple at all. At one point we where just sitting on the ground like, \what do we do? This doesn't make any sense at all...\. At one point we needed the staff to just do everything for us then after we where saying to each other, \oh.. we would have never done that..\ and after our first ever escape room experience, we were a bit disappointed. Plus one of the escape room items was not working correctly as well. Staff is very friendly and nice and very understanding, might try to do the red room some day.
Unfortunately this was the worst escape room my family and I have ever visited (we've done about 10 to 15 different ones so far). We got there, no signage (guy working there said it was stolen recently) and no open sign (guy said squirrels ate it) - those should have been clear signs of how this place was being run but we didn't think anything of it. When asking for clues, the one staff member working took forever to come help - and we were the only customers there that we could tell. One of the locks we were using wasn't working in the first room, he had to come fix it for us (wasted 7 to 8 minutes messing with it). The bigger problem here: we entered the 2nd room and one of the clue boxes was left open from a previous game and we were missing a clue. We wasted another 15m trying to interpret clues thinking this clue box was left open on purpose. Finally asked for help and he came in and admitted that he forgot to setup the clue before our game started. The ending exit door was unlocked (supposed to be locked). A safe in the room was also left unlocked from a previous game. Just horrible. After the 3rd major issue that just ruined our experience we wanted to just leave so we politely told him that we didn't want to continue. We asked for a refund, he said let me check with my boss. His boss offered us 4 off per person - insulting given that we paid over 30 per person and abandoned our game because the EXPERIENCE we came for was completely ruined by poor execution, period. We spent 151 for 5 people, pure waste. Very very upset. Ruined our whole evening.
