I had a great experience. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She assisted in providing me the information to be able to access my records once available. The X-ray technician (KS were the initials on my report) was very kind, helpful and made the experience extremely comfortable. She also reminded me to check in with the receptionist if I wanted to sign up to get my records. I was very thankful for that. The xrays and report was available within a day or so. Would highly recommend and will definitely go there again.

My appointment went very well. The called me twice to confirm and to remind me of my appointment. From the folks at the front desk to the technician were very respectful and friendly. They are my first choice in lab services. I have used this particular facility before and the service is always top notch.

I had an ultrasound at this facility last week. In general it was a good experience with one exception. Upon presentation of my Ontario health card, I was informed that it had expired, that I should get it renewed, and call them after renewal informing them of the new letters after the number. I was very surprised to learn of the expiry because Ontario usually sends a reminder for renewal of health cards, drivers licences, license plate renewals, etc. I felt pretty terrible about my Health Card having expired. When looking to renew on line, and trying to learn why I did not receive a renewal reminder, I discovered:a notice from the Province of Ontario that was posted in March of 2020 to the effect that renewal dates for Health Cards were extended and reminders would be sent out at a future date. Why would staff at My Health Centre not be aware of this, and reassure, rather than frighten, their clients?

Their website says you can access results online through pocket.health site. So I booked my ultrasound appt based on that. After my ultrasound was done, the technician said the report will be send to Dr directly. No online access. What?! Either the website is wrong or the technician is wrong. What is it? I paid for a service to be able to have access to my report. If I knew, would have gone to another ultrasound clinic.
