I had surgery at sick kids in 2010 however my left ear wasnt pinned after im still asking them why and their is no reply. But now i need this MED office help to match up my left ear like my right ear or vase versea i take either instead of one ear being different from the other. Thanks again :)

I am honestly shocked at any negative comment about this team of professionals. Honestly. I have been a patient of Dr. Kasrai for many years and have felt nothing but sheer confidence and delight in every aspect of their practice. I also did my research and drove over 90 kilometers to interview potential surgeons, and hands down, no comparison. You are in the best of hands with Dr. Kasrai and Eva. No question! Sometimes in situations like this, it can be a simple struggle with miscommunication. One of the things I respect about this team, is their honest approach. Perhaps some people expect miracles and I will agree, they can’t do that. But if you want an honest team with honest answers, you are at the right place.
