Placed order online. My hookah was delivered much faster than the estimated time. The actual hookah box was open, torn apart. I ordered blue hose and got the black one. ️ But my hookah came in one piece nothing was broken. But overall it looks pretty slick. I’m happy nothing was broken despite how it arrived.

I wish I could give 100 stars ! AMAZING customer service and products!! My son received a pipe for his birthday, (not from my hookah) the glass bowl literally popped as my son was carrying it ready to smoke ... Somehow I ended up contacting My hookah and Fadi was able to get another glass bowl part from the manufacturer and sent me the replacement . He did not even have to do that seeing it was not purchased from him originally ..Who does that! Amazing! Moving forward I will only order product from my Hookah as will my family. A big thank you to Fadi and his team! Keep up the amazing work! 2 thumbs up and 100 stars !! ️️️️️️️️️️
