I had an excellent experience at Muzeum, they are honest and friendly, great customer service. I brought in some of my grandmothers old jewellery and the owner Max was awesome to deal with. The shop is also very trendy with cool vintage pieces to browse. Love it! ️️️️️!!!

Fact: They won't do any business/ transaction with you, unless you give them government Identification so they can save your information in their system. The direct quote from the staff was " it's our business policy " , was not told regulations by the city . That information could potentially be sold to third parties or reported to gov. Most other precious metal sellers do not require this unless your transaction is amounts over 5k ish ( call around it's a fact) The guy had an attitude problem and was very unpleasant when you go in. Younger guy clearly lacks experience in the market/ customer service. I doubt he had much knowledge without the computer in front of him. Also if you look closely all these other reviews are fake either friends or bots. Very generic statements. Overall sketchy place that I will not be recommending to anyone.
I was pleased to do business with Muzeum Gold and Silver. Daniel I. and Justin were very professional with the highest integrity. I felt thoroughly comfortable and there was no pressure to sell my jewellery and silverware. It was a very positive and transparent experience and I was happy with the pay out. Without hesitation, I know where I'm taking any future sales! My sister who accompanied me is "sold" on Muzeum too!
Who knew grandma's old jewellery would be worth good money! I was surprised by what our old gold & silver was worth. I really enjoyed my experience at Muzeum. The staff were awesome, I felt like they really took the time to explain to me everything and all my options so I left feeling good and not ripped off. I highly recommend Muzeum if you are looking to sell your gold & silver in Toronto.
Recently came into some gold that I have no use for at the moment. I did a quick Google search to figure out what to do with it and boom Muzeum was the answer! Easy, knowledgeable and friendly staff made the experience amazing. Highly recommend!
Service was solid, and I learned a lot about the coins I brought in. Who'd have guessed that some old coins my father left me would have real value? Daniel was particularly helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants to learn the value of their gold and silver coins.
I visited yesterday to sell some articles and was extremely pleased with the patient and professional service. Daniel and Daniel both assisted me and answered all my questions. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure to sell them my goods. They provided a service by giving me detailed information about what I had brought in and left it to me to decide if I wanted to sell or not. I will return. Thanks!
