I came across a used 2018 PRS Custom 24 and was hesitant to buy online sight unseen as I live in Ontario. I emailed the store and corresponded with Jimmy. The pictures and description mentioned minor scratches and nicks, but Jimmy reassured me it was in excellent condition. Three days later it arrived.
