Just dropped off my saxophone to be repaired Gino is very knowledgeable and willing to sit down and talk. Currently the front showroom is being renovated I'm sure it will look awesome once it's completed. Been late finishing this review but Gino did awesome work on my tenor sax as well as my soprano. Great repair tech.
I was very happy with The Music Lab. I took my son's trumpet in to get some of the parts unstuck. They fixed the problem and cleaned the trumpet so it's working and looking good as new! They were very friendly, the prices were reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Also, the turnaround time was much better than other places. I highly recommend The Music Lab.
The best of the best hands down!
Recently, I had a Super Balanced Action Silver Selmer Tenor Sax (try saying that fast five times) completely overhauled by Geno at Music Lab. I had bought it at a pawn shop and it needed a lot of work. The results were great. The silver shines like new. The Tenor Selmer sounds like a Selmer should (again, five times). I can even play an in tune lower Bb. The entire sax is easy to play...it's marvelous ... just too marvelous for words.
