Best service ever in all my experiences in shopping for vehicles compared to other dealerships having dealt with in the past. I own a Kia Forte and Murray Kia has treated me so well. I love the front end service ladies. All so friendly and accommodating. The showroom is decorated for Christmas, yes I said Christmas-not the holiday season. As I waited to be taken back home from dropping my car off for service, I snapped these photos. They brought a smile to my face and joy to my heart. I totally recommend Murray Kia in Abbotsford to have your Kia serviced at.

Everyone was awesome throughout the whole experience! Mike was our sales guy and he knew the car would be for me so he made sure to address me directly and not go straight to my hubby (cause most car places are sexist). He got straight to the point! And stayed way late to make sure we could take my car home that same day! Alysha, the financing lady also stayed late for us and made sure everything was perfect right down to the exact dates our payments Would be taken out! Since I was trading in my car (technically under my dad's name because I was too young when I bought it), and I didn't realize it was under my dad's name, she had everything ready go for him to sign off on the next day! No hassle at all, and they still let me take my new car home! I also love that the insurance guy comes straight to the dealership for more hassle free processing. NO this is NOT a payed advertisement I just truly had terrific experience buying my first (newish) car from a dealership!

I had a fantastic experience at Murray Kia. The staff were very accommodating and I bought a used car which I am very happy with. After leaving the dealership, I noticed the airbag light was on and called the dealership to let them know. The service desk got me in right away and fixed the problem at no cost to me! Big shout out to Dave, Zack and Brayden. Thanks for everything, I will definitely be back and I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know, needing a vehicle.
