I tried to take apart the Murphy Bed on my own. What a disaster! Peter came over the next business day and finished the job for me. I was so impressed with his response and care to look after us, especially since we did not buy the bed at Urban. Amazing customer service!

Peter and team was friendly, respectful., and knowledgeable. The King Murphy Bed was installed December 2017. I gave a 4 because the follow up took more time then I expected. I am very happy with my new unit.
