I had a pretty good experience using them to sell a bike on consignment, which sadly they don't do anymore. Good communication and fair and honest handling of the whole process was appreciated.

Brought my trike there to be serviced for a new chain and sprocket. Now since getting It back the emergency brake does not work. It worked fine when I dropped It off for service. Steve's solution is to use velcro strap.
