My 9 month old laptop stopped powering on. So I called the tech support and one of the agents first asked me to try pressing the reset button and then trying to turn it on again. I did as directed and it did not work. Then I was asked to wait and was put on hold. After about 10 minutes of waiting they hung up on me. I want to add that I was being very polite and professional to the service representative and was not being irate or rude at all.. This is terrible customer service....

Sent in a defective MSI 2080 ti and they sent me a new one within 2 weeks. Good service.
I sent my motherboard here for an RMA and they lost the motherboard. They refused to help me in any way, even though I provided proof that the motherboard arrived to them and was signed for via Canada Post. I would caution anyone who is thinking of using this MSI repair facility as you may get your product lost without any course of action. STAY AWAY !
