Every single time I walk in to Mr Pet's, I am greeted with a cheerful welcome and offer to assist if needed. I wish all retail companies made you feel that way when you walked in!! They have the most friendly and helpful stuff I've ever seen in a pet store. One day I came in with a sprained ankle and one of the staff members noticed and insisted in carrying the dog food I bought out to my vehicle for me. So helpful!!!

A staff member saw us crying outside as we were taking our dog in to be put to sleep. When we returned to the vehicle, she came out and presented us with a heart shaped dog tag with Rosa's name on one side and \in loving memory\ on the back. Thank you so much for your kindness!
A bit to busy but i guess that means its quite popular. Big chain prices but locally bc owned apparently so well worth the buisness in my opinion. Under the masks seams like everyojes smiling and happy to be there!!

We bought rats here and one of them ended up being pregnant!!! Big surprise for us! Love the store and checking out the cats for adoption.
