The turn around time for a small business like ours is crucial and we have a small budget when it comes to materials. We sent an urgent request to Mr. Print at the busiest time of the year (Christmas) for an order of Gift Certificates and within hours of sending over the design, they had numbered them (at no additional cost), cut them, and had them ready to go. I have voiced our displeasure to our mutual landlord but he does not seem to care. – you are in direct competition with us in signage and also printing -- it is confusing to our clients – although we work with other businesses in our industry we will not help your business compete against us.
