I ordered a pretzel dog and a cheese stick. This is not the first time I had cheese stick in this same location but today I was so disappointed the way cheese stick was done. Cheese strips were like wrapped around the bread that it was too messy. Very different from what the picture shows and from what I expect. The worst thing was when I told it to the one who made it, she told me that the cheese came out of the bread. The fact that she knew what happened they still served it. And she told me that it would not happen again. Does she expect that I would order again??? Not because we are in pandemic, you would forget the word QUALITY and BETTER SERVICE.

Now changed to Mr.Pretzels, the pretzels continue to be amazing, freshly made and the customer service is amazing! I don’t know the name of the worker that helped us and even asked us how the pretzel was once we took a couple bites while standing in front of the place but she was very sweet!

Brought my family here for a snack, had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly. They even made suggestions on what my toddlers would like on the menu which was a hit with them. This will definitely be a regular snack stop now when I bring my family to this mall!

We took our children and cousins for a treat at Mr. Pretzels. Johnny, the owner, and his employees were friendly and kind. The service was quick. The pretzels were fresh and tasty. They made some great recommendations, which our family loved. This will be one of our favorite snack stop when we are at CrossIron mall.

I went to Mr. Pretzels Sunday around 4:30 was super busy but the staff were super professional and gave me my order in a kind and quick manner. The cashier was a very polite and funny man I didn't quite catch his name but I do hope to see him again.
